Level # 1 - Clock
a. ESRC Member Delivers Clock & Table
b. ESRC Member Starts & Stops the Clock
c. ESRC Member Returns Clock & Table to Storage Area
d. Charge = $150.00
Level # 2 - Timing & Results
a. Race Director Supplies ESRC 48 Hours in Advance all Race Data.
b. ESRC will assist in Same Day Registration
c. Finish Line Management
d. Start & Finish Timing
e. Printed Results in Pre-Approved Awards Breakdown
f. Charge = $300.00 for 100 runners and under.
g. Charge = $350.00 for 101 runners to 199.
h. Charge = $450.00 for 200 runners plus.
Level # 3 - Optional Services
a. Course Management, Layout & Course Staffing
b. Charge = $200.00
Race Director Responsibilities
Provide ESRC the following information in the format listed below:
a. Name – First & Last
b. Age
c. Sex
d. Assigned Race #
This information needs to be provided 48 hours in advance of the race to ESRC.
Same Day Registration: Race Director will provide an area to hand out Race
Packets & have a minimum of 2 people registering
Same Day Race Applications.
